1. Appointment Bookings & Cancellations

Appointments can be requested via our booking form and confirmed directly through WhatsApp or phone. We request that cancellations be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled session. Rescheduling is subject to room and therapist availability.

2. Spa Rules & Etiquette

To preserve our peaceful spa atmosphere, guests are requested to keep mobile devices on silent. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled session to ensure room preparation. We reserve the right to deny service to anyone acting inappropriately or compromising guest safety.

3. Health Considerations

Please advise us of any health considerations, allergies, or injuries when booking. Some treatments may not be recommended for pregnant women or guests with specific medical histories.

4. Liability Disclaimer
